    FAQ

    More questions? WhatsApp BrainX anytime.

    Why assess first, before training?

Every child is different. MOXO d-CPT gives objective attention data; with your daily observations, we plan the best support. It’s not a medical diagnosis, and doesn’t mean you must join a course.

Is training only for diagnosed ADHD?

Not necessarily. Suitability depends on actual needs, daily learning and assessment results — not just an ADHD diagnosis.

Even without a diagnosis, struggles with attention, homework, class engagement, memory, emotions or study habits may benefit from training.

Talk to a BrainX consultant first for the right recommendation.

    Can training replace ADHD medication?

Training improves attention, working memory, self-control, time management and task planning for daily learning. Any medication changes should be discussed with your doctor.

How are training games different from computer games?

    Low-stimulation, brain-centred games that build:

    • Attention & stamina
    • Visual tracking & eye coordination
    • Time management & planning
    • Short-term & working memory
    • Filtering distractions
    • Listening & following instructions

Not just screen play — arranged for each child’s needs and goals.

Only started in secondary school. Still suitable?

Yes. Distraction, slower homework, trouble following instructions or weak time management — assessment is still suitable.

    How long? What's the fee?

About 1 hr 15 min including report walkthrough. Fee: HK$680/session.
